Digital inclusion
Accessibility.
A website about human connection has to be usable by everyone. Here are our commitments, what is already in place and how to report a problem.
Our commitment
2G Labs is committed to making its digital services accessible, in line with its product philosophy: the diversity of our users is an asset, not a constraint. This website has been designed and developed with the aim of meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, the standard on which the French accessibility framework (RGAA) is based.
Compliance status
The 2glabs.fr website has not yet undergone a compliance audit by an external body. It was checked in-house during its design (keyboard navigation, screen readers, contrast, zoom, motion preferences). If an external audit is carried out, this page will be updated with its results.
What's in place
- Full keyboard navigation, with an always-visible focus indicator and a skip link to the main content.
- Colour contrast meeting level AA, in both the light and dark themes; the brand orange is never used on its own for text on a light background.
- Light or dark theme, automatic based on your system settings or chosen manually.
- Reduced motion: if your system asks for it, decorative animations are switched off.
- Legible typography: Atkinson Hyperlegible Next, designed for people with low vision, and text that adapts to zoom levels of up to 400%.
- Semantic structure: hierarchical headings, identified regions, the language of each page declared, and forms with labels and clear error messages.
- Responsive design: the site works from 320 px wide up to large screens, without horizontal scrolling.
Accessible mini-games
The mini-games woven through the site (on the home page, the ToGather page, the “new city” guide and the error page) are designed to be playable by everyone: with a keyboard, a mouse or touch, with no mandatory drag gestures, with cues that never rely on colour alone (each interest has its own icon), with announcements for screen readers, and with a pause button whenever elements are moving. No game is needed to access any information on the site.
Known limitations
- Some files in the media kit (PNG logos) have no detailed text alternative, as their file names describe their content.
- The ToGather files in the media kit are downloaded from the togatherapp.fr website and depend on its availability.
- The “Full group” game relies on real-time movement; it remains optional and can be paused at any time.
